Ace Trail Hike ... March

Asher and Rhy were bored, so I took them for a hike on the Ace Hardware/Vineland trail. We took a notebook and wrote down everything we saw and heard... everything from ducks to Milkweed pods to moss. Asher used Nate's camera to take a bunch of amazing photos. It ended up being a blast! They both want to do it again.

Birds ... and Lucca ... March

Once in awhile I get out the cool book (that my dad had when he was a kid) of birdsongs. It's from the 60s and has plastic records in the back that play bird songs. Lucca was SUPER curious once he hear the twittering and tweeting. SO cute!

Grand Mere with my Mom ... March

In March, mom and dad Staude came up for a visit. It was mild enough that mom and I took a hike to Grand Mere to enjoy the view. Fun!

History Day ... March

Asher's Major Taylor video went to History Day Districts. While he didn't win, WE thought his project was phenomenal! (So did his teachers!). We also had a lot of fun in Kalamazoo, drinking coffee and visiting a book store. It was a fun day together! And we were so proud of his work!
