Christmas Morning

Is there a greater sight in all childhood memory?

Up early!

You can see the trail of oats and glitter that leads to the fireplace ... Rhy
left reindeer food on the plate of cookes for Santa. Looks like "Santa" took
some up the fireplace to give to his faithful companions!

Nanoblocks!

Mom and Lucca

She didn't waste any time getting to her Legos. Actually, NONE of the kids wasted
time getting to their Legos!

Breakfast! Daddy cooked eggs!

Doing her makeup. She got eyeshadow and lip gloss from Santa.

Mugs from the Holters!

Compound bow & arrow sets for everyone!

My little Artemis. :)

Christmas, 2014

The feast-maker!! (although I did make a few things too!)

My three cuties.

Lucca got a Bronner's ornament this year.

The FEAST! Chicken wings, potstickers, shrimp, bread sausage and cheese, raw beef & Onions...

Animaniacs, Season 3!!

I offered to buy her a new dress this year, but she STILL wanted to wear
the one I made for her. It's her third year in it!

Green Bay Packer slippers!!

The swallow necklace I wanted from Modcloth. Way to go, hubby!

They are never too old to tackle you with hugs!!

A blurry shot of my man in one of his new cycling caps!

Everyone got a bow & arrow set!

Chaos in the living room ... but well worth it!
Opening presents!

School Christmas Program

In December, the kids had their Christmas program. While it was really weird to NOT see Gabriel up there (he started public school this year) this service always puts me in the mood for Christmas by centering my attention on what REALLY matters ... Christ's birth and family!
Rhylah was an angel.
Asher knew all his lines perfectly!

Trimming up the Tree

Getting the Tree

The weather this winter has been EXTREMELY mild, and so we barely needed winter coats when we went to get our Christmas tree at Bredeweg Acres, off of Rocky Weed Road. We found it quickly and managed to take a few shots along the way.
