Pet turtles ... December

Rhylah has been wanting a turtle for some months now, and even though we were constantly out hiking and biking ... and we kept an eye on the trails and bogs and creek beds, we didn't find any in the wild. So, for Christmas, we decided to order some baby musk turtles for the kiddos. They arrived two days before Christmas, so we had to keep them secret, hidden upstairs in our bedroom, under a lamp for warmth. They are about the size of quarters and SO STINKIN' CUTE!
