Running Buddy ... October

This girl. I love her so much. Today, we ran our last pre-race jog. She has done well over 350 miles with me since February. There were many days, when it was snowing or raining, when I wouldn’t have gotten my butt out the door without her pleading looks. As it stands, over 8 months, we didn’t miss a single run on our weekly training schedule. And she always kept me at a steady pace. That’s a good running buddy.
