Lucca just celebrated his 8th birthday! What a sweetie! I took him down to Fuzy Butz for a treat. The other photo was when Lucca found a sun spot in the kitchen recently. Roubi then stole his spot. The stinker.

Easter 2019

We went to Papa Bruce's house for Easter this year, and EVERYONE was there. So it was really great to catch up, and also take a big family photo!

Brown Thrasher ... April

“Mom! We saw a beautiful new brown bird at your feeder! Dad got a photo!” I hustled downstairs, after which followed a delightful 15 minutes of me and my girl flipping through Sibley and Audubon as she detailed the bird to me. She was the one who ID’d it, by its yellow eye. A Brown Thrasher! Wish I could have heard it sing....it’s supposedly lovely and has over 1,000 songs!My dad says they used to see them all the time when he was a kid.

Little Chicks ... April

In April, it's always fun to drive to the farm store and hold the baby chicks, ducks and turkeys. Oh, the cuteness!!!
