Blackcaps ... July

Shortly after the 4th of July, it was time to pick blackcaps already! (That's black raspberries for you city folk!) We went back to Stovers to get our berries. This is my FAVORITE jelly! This year, I used the juicer to take all (or most) of the pulp and seeds out of the berries. Oh, it was so yummy! We made a fresh batch of biscuits to go with it!
