Grand Mere in the Fall ... September

Anyone who knows me, knows that one of my favorite places to wander is Grand Mere State Park. Especially in the fall, when I can be alone, and find LOTS of good sea glass. Today was no exception. We had some wild storms a few days back ... (one that made the Lake roar like thunder, it was incredible!) so I knew I was bound to find some good stuff ... and I DID! What a beautiful morning! Afterwards, I met Nate and we took a long ride down to South Bend to pick his bike up from the shop .... we had lunch at the Paris Soda Shop in Niles on the way home. Home of the BEST BRISKET EVER!
